Please be aware that items may vary slightly in colour or look (including pattern positioning) from those in the website pictures.
Delivery Information:
All Boss Active Wear orders are delivered using The Courier Guy. The shipping fee is R100.00, however, we offer free shipping for orders over the value of R1700.00 Orders can take up to 14-21 working days as each order is custom made to fit you. Please allow for an additional 2-5 working days for delivery of your order via The Courier Guy.
Once your order is ready for shipment, one of our Boss Active Wear team members will send you a waybill number and a link so that you can track your parcel.
Online Return Policy:
Please note if you wish to return or exchange your order, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees are also non-refundable on your original order. However, if the item is faulty, Boss Active Wear is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
Please ensure that the garment is clean, unworn, unwashed, unused and all labels must still be attached. Furthermore, we cannot exchange/refund any scrub top that has name embroidery on it.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the measurements that you send Boss Active Wear are correct. If you are unsure how to take your measurements, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
